Our providers are licensed in Florida and can only see patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of their visit.
This means you need to be in Florida when you connect for your video visit — even if you live in Florida but are traveling out of state, we cannot see you until you return.
Why only Florida?
Telehealth laws require providers to be licensed in the state where the patient is located. Our nurse practitioners currently hold Florida licenses. As we add providers licensed in other states, we will expand availability.
