Our directory introduces members of the Medcare provider team. A provider match depends on availability, location, clinical appropriateness, and the details of your request.

Medication and prescribing scope: Medcare providers are family nurse practitioners and adult-geriatric nurse practitioners. They do not prescribe controlled psychiatric medications. Routine non-controlled medications may be considered only when legally permitted, clinically appropriate, and within the individual provider’s scope of practice. No prescription or medication is guaranteed.
