How shared visits work
Start a visit, then choose the family member who will be seen. Each completed visit decrements the single shared account balance. The same member may use more than one visit in the billing month.

One household balance
Everyone on the plan draws from the same four shared visits. The visits are available to whoever in the household needs care.
After zero
When the shared balance reaches zero, extra live video visits are $20 each.
Next billing month
Your four shared visits refresh at the start of the next billing month. Unused visits do not roll over.
Member experience. The portal shows one account-level counter, asks you to select a member after starting a visit, and allows repeat visits by the same member. Clinical appropriateness and provider availability still apply.
