Not every concern belongs online

A video visit may not be enough for severe symptoms, injuries, symptoms needing testing, or concerns requiring a physical examination.

About medication

Medcare providers are family nurse practitioners and adult-geriatric nurse practitioners. They do not prescribe controlled psychiatric medications. Routine non-controlled medications may be considered only when legally permitted, clinically appropriate, and within the individual provider’s scope of practice. No prescription or medication is guaranteed.
