Where are you located?

Medcare providers are licensed in Florida, so we can currently only see patients located in Florida. We ask before you join so we don't charge you for something we can't provide.

Before you subscribe, please note:

Pricing: Individual membership is $29/month; Family membership is $49/month. Full details on the pricing page.
Automatic renewal: Your membership renews automatically each billing month at the price shown above until you cancel.
Unused visits expire: Included visits do not roll over. Any unused visits expire at the end of each billing month.
Additional visits: After your included visits are used, extra visits are $20 each.
How to cancel: You can cancel your membership at any time from your member account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

The current public site does not create an account, collect payment, or place a visit on a calendar. It gives you the information needed before real enrollment is connected.

Share the basics

When enrollment is connected, you will provide the information needed to start care securely. Do not enter emergency or highly sensitive information into this demo surface.

Join by video

When a provider is available, you will meet with a real human provider who listens, asks questions, and decides what is clinically appropriate.

What the provider decides

A provider may recommend education, self-care, medication, testing, or in-person care after considering your symptoms and history. The visit is a clinical conversation, not a promise of a particular outcome.

Need another route?

If a concern is urgent or may be life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Telehealth should not delay emergency care.
