When a provider is available, you will meet with a real human provider who listens, asks questions, and decides what is clinically appropriate.

What the provider decides

A provider may recommend education, self-care, medication, testing, or in-person care after considering your symptoms and history. The visit is a clinical conversation, not a promise of a particular outcome.
