If you have never done a video visit before, it is simpler than you might think. Here is what happens from start to finish.
Step 1: Sign up
Choose Individual ($29/month) or Family ($49/month). Enter your information, set up your payment, and you are a member. It takes about three minutes.
Step 2: Start a visit
When you need care, log in and start a visit. You will share basic information about what is going on. This is not a form that replaces the provider. It just gives them context before they join.
Step 3: Connect by video
A licensed provider joins the video call. You talk. They ask questions. They look at visible symptoms if relevant. It is a real conversation, not a checklist. Target connection time is about 10 minutes during business hours.
Step 4: Get a plan
Your provider tells you what they recommend. This might include:
- Self-care guidance
- A prescription sent to your pharmacy
- Over-the-counter suggestions
- A recommendation for in-person care or testing
- A referral to a specialist
- Follow-up instructions
Step 5: After the visit
If a prescription was sent, it goes to the pharmacy you chose. Pick it up like any other prescription. If you need a follow-up, schedule another visit. Included visits refresh each month.
Sign up online and connect with a provider in about 10 minutes Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern.
Before you start
Have your current medications and relevant history nearby. If you are helping a family member, let them decide who should be in the conversation. If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
