How the Family plan works
For $49 per month, you get four shared live video visits. Anyone in your household can use them. One person can use all four. Four people can use one each. You choose who the visit is for each time.
Unlimited household members
There is no cap on how many family members are on the plan. Add your spouse, your kids, your parent who lives with you. The plan covers the people in your household.
What happens when you use all four visits
Extra visits are $20 each when available. At the start of the next billing month, your balance resets to four. Unused visits do not roll over.

Which plan is right for you?
If it is just you and you rarely need care, Individual at $29 is simple and affordable. If you have a family or someone in the house who tends to need visits more often, Family at $49 gives you four visits for $20 more than Individual. That is $5 per visit if you use all four.
